Yes. We require a 50% downpayment to confirm and reserve your slot.
Production usually takes around 5–7 days depending on the order complexity, queue, and material availability.
Yes. We mainly accept orders from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started because all items are personalized and handmade.
Refunds and returns are generally not accepted unless the wrong item was sent or there is a major issue with the order.
